Select the mode that best fits your training. Live for real time ongoing exercises and adjustments, Auto for repetative practice swings without having to touch the computer, and Manual to control when a session starts and stops.
The Balance Box shows the pressure distribution of each foot in real or on the current frame.
With our player database, sessions from their entire history of the athelte are available for review. You can show their improvement over weeks, months,and years.

With the Balance Chart, you can see how the athlete shifted their weight and balance throughout the entire session. Use the markers to mark different phases of the swing.
All an athlete's sessions are located in their profile, making it easy to quickly search and review previous sessions.
This screen displays the pressure from the sensor in a 2D view. Areas of yellow, orange, and red indicate high pressure areas, with red being the highest.
Control the playback of the session with playback speeds of 1x, 1/2x, 1/4x and 1,8x to monitor the pressure distribution and foot postions through the session. You can play it forward, reverse, or step front and back frame by frame. .
Use the timeline to quickly scrub forward and backwards in the session to jump to the time you would like to see.
