All orders will be fulfilled in the order they arrived and when product is available. At its discretion, SensorEdge may ship products out of the order in which they arrived to accommodate orders that require urgent attention.
Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of shipment. Shipments may also be made on the recipient’s account or a third-party account.
SensorEdge, at its discretion, may also deliver products locally without the use of a shipping company.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SensorEdge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SensorEdge is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
